ROHM Introduces Advanced Single-Channel High-Side Load Switch for Automotive Applications: BV1HAC85EFJ-C
ROHM has recently launched the BV1HAC85EFJ-C, a state-of-the-art single-channel high-side load switch designed for robust power management in automotive systems. This N-channel MOSFET high-side load switch operates within an input voltage range of 8.0V to 28.0V, providing versatile power control for a variety of automotive applications.
The BV1HAC85EFJ-C integrates comprehensive protection features, including overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, a soft-start function, and a low-power output OFF function. An error flag notification pin is also included to provide real-time status updates on thermal shutdown and overcurrent events, enabling efficient single-chip power management.
This advanced load switch is housed in a compact surface-mount HTSOP-J8 package, measuring 4.9mm x 6.0mm x 1.0mm, making it suitable for applications with space constraints. It is designed to handle resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, ensuring compatibility with diverse automotive systems.
