As the module business, we introduce module products utilizing various packaging techniques to the industrial equipment and in-car products markets. It has become more and more important to use electric power effectively. NIEC offers the general-purpose inverters, inverter air conditioners, solar power generation systems, and the power module products for hybrid cars. NIEC has the largest share 40%(*) of the diode module market in Japan. Based on the results, we will expand the diode module business into overseas markets. We supply not only the standard products but also high-quality, highly-reliable customized products with hybrid car makers in Japan. We also provide high-value-added and multifunctional power units such as power module products with a peripheral circuit, a control circuit, or a cooling
